Do you have an inspiring story about someone who has stood up against the tide? Engagingmen.net's e-magazine is seeking stories of resistance and change to publish.
We all know stories of individuals or communities that have stood up against the tide and resisted oppressive gender practices and norms. There are also stories of longer lasting change, where collective actions have led to greater equality and freedom. We will collect and celebrate these stories of resistance and stories of change in the next edition of the e-magazine. Raewyn Connell (University of Sydney), a leading expert on gender, masculinities and social change, will be the guest editor of this upcoming issue of the Engagingmen.net e-magazine.
