Know More, NOMAS, No More Domestic Violence. Community Training to End Systemic Violence

Wednesday–Friday | July 16–18 | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Daily

Sueltenfuss Library – Community Room & Breakout Spaces Our Lady of the Lake University

Presented in partnership by American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions (AIT-SCM), NOMAS, SAEDA, and The P.E.A.C.E. Initiative, this multi-day community training brings together national leaders, youth voices, and local advocates to disrupt cycles of violence and build a shared path forward.

Through keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and community dialogue, participants will explore how systems of oppression, racism, sexism, classism, and more, fuel domestic violence and coercive control. Together, we’ll build strategies for lasting transformation rooted in safety, cultural resilience, and collective healing.

Whether you’re new to this work or have been in the movement for years, your presence matters. Come ready to connect, to learn, and to be inspired.
